Option 1. Cigar Rolling Experience.
Cigar making is a traditional craft that has been an important part of Barichara’s culture. Alongside a master cigar roller, we will learn the process of making her own cigars.
This workshop must be done in two sessions on the same day. It is recommended to do it during the city tour, starting with this workshop, as the cigars are left in presses for 3 hours. After our city tour, we will return to finish the workshop.
Option 2. Colombia Experience.
We will sample some of the cigars made in the workshop and, guided by experts, learn how to cut, smoke, and pair tobacco with Colombian drinks such as rum, chocolate, coffee, or with products like hormigas culonas (big-bottomed ants), typical of the region, or local fruits.
A passive, contemplative, and cultural tour, ideal for all ages, including seniors. It takes place within the town of Barichara.
Duration: Approx. 2 hours

DEPARTURE TIME: The workshop can be booked between 8 AM and 12 PM or 2 PM and 6 PM. (can be added as an extra activity to the City Tour).
