TRAVEL INSURANCE: All COLOMBIAN HIGHLANDS activities are covered by Colasistencia Accident Insurance S.A. It is essential to have complete names and document numbers of all the service takers to guarantee the provision of the service and the activation of the insurance.
Specify if any person in the group has physical limitations, allergies, overweight, heart problems, old age, phobias, others.
International insurance issued from your country of origin is required during your trip in Colombia. It is the traveler or customer’s responsibility to inquire from their insurance company as to the type of agreements they may have with local healthcare providers, such as doctors and hospitals, before departing their home country.
RATES: Our rates are stipulated in Colombian pesos, subject to change without prior notice.
CANCELLATIONS / RETURNS: If you decide to cancel the tour and / or transfer, you must do so more than 3 days in advance.
If you do so within 2 days, 70% of the total value will be refunded.
If you cancel with only 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for the entire service.
There will be no refund in case of cancellation of a specific activity that has been scheduled within an itinerary or tour package.
If the traveler cancels the tour due to rain or bad weather, there will be no refund. Please keep in mind that it is difficult to predict the weather conditions in a region. The weather can be very localized, as well as temporary. Under these conditions you must be prepared for any type of weather change.
COLOMBIAN HIGHLANDS it is not responsible for legal issues or other inconveniences in which a traveler may be involved in case he / she is forced to withdraw from the tour due to moral, disciplinary or legal faults and, also against personal expenses that he incurs.
The traveler will be solely responsible for the custody of their luggage and travel documents. COLOMBIAN HIGHLANDS may guide the passenger in the event of loss of luggage or travel documents, however under no circumstances, will be responsible for the loss, damage, deterioration or loss of said items.
